Disease state education program covers recent advances in CGRP targeting migraine therapies, and how HCPs can integrate those tools into their practice simply. Deck Overview (Goals of Program) The introduction of oral CGRPs is evolving migraine care and where these treatments are used in the migraine treatment paradigm. At the end of this training participants should: • Understand how the introduction of the CGRP class is evolving disease understanding. • Understand the new gepant treatment options: guideline evolution. • Understand integrating gepants into practice: identifying the right patient. • Understand the benefits of optimizing treatment outcomes beyond headache day reductions, assess if patients are meeting treatment goals, and optimize treatment outcomes.
