The link between sleep and migraine remains uncertain. This presentation will describe the evaluation of sleep in mouse models of migraine as well as the consequences of sleep disruption in modulating vulnerability to migraine-like pain in mice.

Determine if acute or chronic migraine disrupts sleep in preclinical models
Determine if sleep disruption increases vulnerability to migraine in preclinical models
